工程项目安全管理存在的问题及策略探析

Problems in Safety Management of Engineering Projects and Countermeasures

现阶段,我国在工程项目管理方面虽然出台了一系列安全管理措施,工程项目的安全生产管理也逐步完善,在工程项目生产过程中,安全已越来越被从业人员所重视,但近年来的施工事故率和死亡人数却不断增加,安全管理形式化严重,存在诸多薄弱环节,对某些工程项目安全问题的针对性和操作性不高。结合多年工程项目从业经验,从工程项目安全管理的角度,分析安全管理的相关问题,探讨优化工程项目安全管理的新方法,对工程项目安全管理问题的相关解决对策进行探讨。

At present,China has introduced a series of safety management measures in project management,and the safety production management of engineering projects has been gradually improved.In the process of engineering project production,safety has been paid more and more attention by practitioners.However,in recent years,the construction accidents and the number of deaths have been increasing,and the pursuit of economic benefits has led to serious formalization of safety management.The pertinence and operability of some safety management measures are not high,and there are many weak links.The related problems of safety management are analyzed,the new methods for optimizing engineering project safety management and solving the problems related to engineering project safety management are discussed based on the author's experience in engineering project management for many years.
