摘要 大位移井因其稳斜角大、稳斜段长的特点,易导致套管下入困难。以渤海油田一口大位移井为例,基于Landmark软件,对Φ244.5 mm套管下入过程中的悬重情况进行模拟,分析影响套管下入悬重的主要因素为裸眼段摩擦系数。并以该井为例,阐述漂浮下套管技术中漂浮接箍位置的优选方法,从悬重和扭矩变化方面对全漂浮下套管及漂浮旋转+上部灌浆下套管技术在该井中的适应性进行分析,以期为渤海油田大位移井下套管作业提供技术支持。 Extended reach well casing running is difficult because of the characteristics of its large inclination angle and long inclination section.Taking an extended reach well in Bohai Oilfield as an example,the suspended load ofφ244.5 mm casing during running is simulated using Landmark software,and it is shown that the main factor affecting the suspended load of casing running is the friction coefficient in open hole section.This paper describes the optimization method of floating coupling position in floating casing running technology,and analyzes the adaptability of"full floating casing running"and"floating rotation+upper grouting casing running"technologies to this well from the aspects of hanging weight and torque changes,in order to provide technical support for casing running operation of extended reach wells in Bohai Oilfield.
