摘要
以大型豪华邮船整船结构强度分析结果为基础,选取典型的上层建筑舷侧门窗类型进行细化模型强度分析。以粗网格结果为基础,针对舷侧门窗结构进行细化模型计算,获取开口结构的详细应力分布规律,在应力值超规范的位置采取增设插入板的方式进行加强。在结构优化后,相应区域均满足强度要求。研究结果可为大型豪华邮船上层建筑舷侧门窗设计提供参考。
Based on the whole ship structural strength analysis results of large luxury cruise ship, the typical types of superstructure side doors and windows are selected for the detailed model strength analysis. Based on the coarse mesh results, the detailed model calculation is made for the side door and window structure, the detailed stress distribution law of opening structure is obtained, and the position where the stress value exceeds the specification is strengthened by adding the insert plate. After the structural optimization, the corresponding areas meet the strength requirements. The research results can provide reference for the design of superstructure side doors and windows of large luxury cruise ship.
