针刺结合放血疗法治疗痰热腑实型中风后吞咽障碍的效果观察

Observation on the Effect of Acupuncture Combined with Bloodletting Therapy in the Treatment of Patients with Dysphagia after Stroke of Phlegm Heat and Viscera Excess Type

目的:探究及观察针刺结合放血疗法治疗痰热腑实型中风后吞咽障碍的效果。方法:选取2019年1月-2021年12月宜春市人民医院收治的86例痰热腑实型中风恢复期并发吞咽障碍患者,依据随机数字表法分为对照组43例和治疗组43例。对照组进行常规中西医基础治疗,治疗组则在对照组的基础上进行针刺结合放血疗法治疗。比较两组洼田饮水试验(WST)、标准吞咽功能评估表(SSA量表)及吞咽生命质量量表(SWAL-QOL量表)评估结果。结果:治疗前,两组的WST、SSA量表评分及各维度SWAL-QOL量表评分比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗2、4个疗程,治疗组WST、SSA量表评分及各维度SWAL-QOL量表评分均优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:针刺结合放血疗法治疗痰热腑实型中风后吞咽障碍的效果较好,对患者的吞咽相关生存质量具有较好的改善作用,因此在痰热腑实型中风后吞咽障碍患者中的应用价值较高。

Objective:To investigate and observe the effect of acupuncture combined with bloodletting therapy in the treatment of patients with dysphagia after stroke of phlegm heat and viscera excess type.Method:A total of 86 patients with dysphagia after stroke of phlegm heat and viscera excess type at recovery period admitted to Yichun People’s Hospital from January 2019 to December 2021 were selected,they were divided into control group 43 cases and treatment group 43 cases according to the random number table.The control group was treated with basic treatment of traditional Chinese and western medicine,the treatment group was treated with acupuncture combined with bloodletting therapy on the basis of control group.Then the water swallow test(WST),standardized swallowing function assessment scale(SSA) scores and swallowing-quality of life scale(SWAL-QOL) scores were compared between the two groups.Result:Before treatment,there were no significant differences in WST,SSA scale scores and SWAL-QOL scale scores of each dimension between the two groups(P>0.05);after 2 and 4 courses of treatment,WST,SSA scale scores and SWAL-QOL scale scores of each dimension in the treatment group were better than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The effect of acupuncture combined with bloodletting therapy in the treatment of patients with dysphagia after stroke of phlegm heat and viscera excess type is better,and it has better improvement role for the swallowing-quality of life,so its application value in the patients with dysphagia after stroke of phlegm heat and viscera excess type is high.
