电刺激联合生物反馈在产后盆底功能康复中的应用及对产妇盆底功能的影响 被引量:3

摘要 目的:探讨产后盆底功能康复中电刺激联合生物反馈的应用及对产妇盆底功能的影响。方法:选取2019年9月-2021年9月景德镇市妇幼保健院收治的64例产妇,按随机数字表法将其分为研究组32例和对照组32例。对照组采用盆底肌力锻炼进行康复治疗,研究组在对照组基础上采用电刺激联合生物反馈进行产后盆底康复治疗。比较两组临床效果、产后盆底肌力(Ⅰ类纤维肌力、Ⅱ类纤维肌力)、国际尿失禁问卷调查表(ICIQ-SF)评分、盆底收缩压力和静息压力水平。结果:研究组总有效率为96.88%(31/32),高于对照组的71.88%(23/32),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后研究组Ⅰ类纤维肌力、Ⅱ类纤维肌力均优于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,研究组盆底收缩压力和静息压力水平均较对照组高(P<0.05)。治疗后,研究组漏尿量、漏尿频率、病情造成的不良影响评分均低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:电刺激联合生物反馈应用于产妇产后盆底功能康复中可提高临床效果,恢复盆底肌力,改善盆底收缩压力和静息压力,缓解尿失禁症状。 Objective:To investigate the application of electrical stimulation combined with biofeedback in postpartum pelvic floor function rehabilitation and its influence on puerpera pelvic floor function.Method:A total of 64 parturients admitted to Jingdezhen Maternal and Child Health Care Hospital from September 2019 to September 2021 were selected,they were divided into study group(32 cases) and control group(32 cases) according to random number table method.The control group was treated with pelvic floor muscle strength exercise,and the study group was treated with electrical stimulation combined with biofeedback on the basis of the control group.The clinical effect,postpartum pelvic floor muscle strength(class Ⅰ fiber muscle strength,class Ⅱ fiber muscle strength),international consultation on incontinence questionnaire(ICIQ-SF) score,pelvic floor systolic pressure and resting pressure levels of the two groups were compared.Result:The total effective rate of the study group was 96.88%(31/32),which was higher than 71.88%(23/32) of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the muscle strength of class Ⅰ and class Ⅱ fiber muscle strength in the study group were better than those in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the pelvic floor contractile pressure and resting pressure levels of the study group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the amount of urine leakage,the frequency of urine leakage,the adverse effects of the disease scores of the study group were lower than those of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Electrical stimulation combined with biofeedback in postpartum pelvic floor function rehabilitation can improve clinical effect,restore pelvic floor muscle strength,improve pelvic floor systolic pressure and resting pressure,and relieve urinary incontinence symptoms.
