论我国基础教育课程设计的理论逻辑 被引量:2

On the Theoretical Logic of Curriculum Planning of Basic Education in China

摘要 进入21世纪以来,我国政府推行了自上而下的基础教育课程改革。20多年的基础教育课程改革为我国基础教育的高质量发展做出了重要贡献。我国基础教育的课程设计是以习近平新时代中国特色社会主义思想为指导,遵循我国教育的“根本任务”与“根本问题”的理论逻辑,以综合的思维与辩证的方法统整课程设计的价值取向与操作策略,形成了中国特色基础教育课程设计模式。我国基础教育课程设计将党的教育方针、基础教育课程方案与学科课程标准、教材体系建设、课程实施与评价纳入课程方案整体设计,形成了中国特色课程设计体系。 Since the beginning of 21st century,the Chinese government has carried out the top-down curriculum reform of basic education,which has made an important contribution to the high-quality development of basic education in China for more than 20 years.Guided by Xi Jinping Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era,the curriculum design of basic education in China follows the theoretical logic of the "fundamental tasks" and "fundamental issues" of education in China and unifies the value orientation and operational strategies of curriculum design with comprehensive thinking and dialectical methods.The curriculum design model of basic education with Chinese characteristics has thus been formed.The curriculum planning of basic education in China integrates the education policies of the Communist Party of China,basic education curriculum program and subject curriculum standards,construction of teaching materials system,and curriculum implementation and evaluation into the overall design of the curriculum program,forming a curriculum design system with Chinese characteristics.
