摘要
教师教学经验对教师专业成长的意义毋庸置疑,但教学经验的过程性、情境性与缄默性等属性,使教学经验处于“无形状态”,这就增加了其表征的难度,进而影响我们对教师教学经验的利用。表征教学经验也即呈现教学经验,这是发挥教学经验价值的前提。教学切片是教学经验理想的载体,它准确、完整地体现了教学经验的属性,表达了教学经验的意义。教学切片是教师教学经验表征的理想载体,能够为教师专业化发展提供思路。
There is no doubt about the significance of teachers’ teaching experience to their professional growth,but the attributes of teaching experience,such as its procedural,situational and silent characteristics,increasing the difficulty of its representation,and then turn affects the utilization of teacher’s teaching experience.The representation of teaching experience refers to presenting teaching experience,which is a prerequisite for utilizing the value of teaching experience.Teaching section is the ideal carrier of teaching experience.It accurately and completely embodies the attributes of teaching experience and reflects its significance.Teaching section is the ideal carrier of teachers’ teaching experience and can provide ideas for teachers’ professional development.
