民法典教育资源融入中小学教材初探 被引量:1

摘要 民法典具有鲜明的中国特色、实践特色和时代特色,与党的教育方针、中小学思政教育和法治教育存在内在的耦合性。民法典丰富的教育资源应当融入中小学教育体系。从现有教材体系及其内容出发,以中国特色社会主义教育、爱国主义教育、生态文明教育和未成年人安全教育主题为融入视角。在具体途径上,通过将民法典教育主题融入课程标准中,拓展《道德与法治》教材中的民法典内容,在其他课程教材中融入民法典教育内容,在配套教材资源中开发民法典专册、加强中小学生的民法典实践活动,将民法典教育资源有机融入中小学教材体系。 The Civil Code has distinctive Chinese,practical and contemporary characteristics.There is an inherent connection between national education policies of the Communist Party of China,ideological and political education and law-related education in primary and secondary schools.The rich educational resources of the Civil Code should be integrated into the education system of primary and secondary schools.From the existing textbook system and content,the educational themes of socialism education with Chinese characteristics,patriotism education,ecological and environmental protection education and safety education for minors should be integrated.In terms of specific paths,the educational resources of the Civil Code should be integrated into the primary and secondary school textbook system by establishing the status of the educational themes of the Civil Code in the curriculum standards,expanding the content of the Civil Code in Morality and the Rule of Law textbooks,integrating the educational contents of the Civil Code in other curriculum textbooks,and strengthening the development of educational resources accompanying the textbooks and the new forms of textbooks.
