小儿腹腔镜单孔腹股沟斜疝疝囊高位结扎术的效果研究

Effect of Laparoscopic Single-port High Ligation of Oblique Inguinal Hernia in Children

目的:探究小儿腹腔镜单孔腹股沟斜疝疝囊高位结扎术的效果。方法:选取2020年8月-2021年10月景德镇市妇幼保健院收治102例腹股沟斜疝患儿,依据随机数字表法将其分为观察组、对照组,均为51例。观察组采用腹腔镜单孔腹股沟斜疝疝囊高位结扎术,对照组采用传统腹股沟斜疝疝囊高位结扎术。比较两组治疗效果、围手术期指标、炎症因子指标、并发症等情况。结果:观察组疼痛评分较对照组更低,术中出血量较对照组更少,切口长度、下床活动时间、住院时间、手术时间和排气时间均较对照组更短(P<0.05)。术后48 h,两组C反应蛋白、白细胞计数、白介素-6均高于术前,且观察组均低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组术后并发症为1.96%,低于对照组的19.61%(P<0.05)。观察组治疗总有效率为100%,高于对照组的82.35%(P<0.05)。结论:与传统手术相比,腹腔镜单孔腹股沟斜疝疝囊高位结扎术能够明显提升疾病恢复速度,降低手术损伤,有效缩短手术时间,降低术后并发症发生率,治疗安全、可靠。

Objective:To investigate the effect of laparoscopic single-port high ligation of oblique inguinal hernia in children.Method:A total of 102 children with oblique inguinal hernia admitted to Jingdezhen Maternal and Child Health Hospital from August 2020 to October 2021 were selected,they were divided into observation group and control group according to the random number table method,with 51 cases in each groups.The observation group was treated with laparoscopic single-port high ligation of oblique inguinal hernia,while the control group was treated with traditional high ligation of oblique inguinal hernia.The treatment effect,perioperative indicators,inflammatory factors and complications were compared between the two groups.Result:The pain score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,the intraoperative blood loss of the observation group was less than that of the control group,and the incision length,ambulation time,postoperative hospital stay,operation time and exhaust time of the observation group were shorter than those of the control group(P<0.05).At 48 h after operation,C reactive protein,white blood cell count and interleukin-6 of the both groups were higher than those before operation,and those of the observation group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).The postoperative complications of the observation group were 1.96%,which was lower than 19.61%of the control group(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the observation group was 100%,which was higher than 82.35%of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Compared with traditional operation,laparoscopic single-port high ligation of oblique inguinal hernia can significantly improve the disease recovery speed,reduce the surgical injury,effectively shorten the operation time,reduce the incidence of postoperative complications,and the safe and reliable treatment.
