激光闭合术联合泡沫硬化剂在大隐静脉曲张患者中的应用效果

Application Effect of Laser Closure Combined with Foam Hardener in Patients with Great Saphenous Varicose Vein

目的:探究及分析激光闭合术联合泡沫硬化剂在大隐静脉曲张患者中的应用效果。方法:将2019年1月-2021年12月三明市中西医结合医院收治的86例大隐静脉曲张患者按照随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,各43例。对照组进行大隐静脉高位结扎联合传统剥脱术治疗,观察组进行激光闭合术联合泡沫硬化剂治疗。比较两组总有效率、并发症发生率、治疗前后的静脉临床严重程度评分(VCSS)、血清皮质醇(Cor)及白细胞介素-6(IL-6)。结果:观察组总有效率高于对照组,并发症发生率低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗前两组的VCSS各项评分、Cor及IL-6比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗后1、3及7 d,观察组的Cor及IL-6均低于对照组,治疗后1个月,观察组的VCSS各项评分均低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:激光闭合术联合泡沫硬化剂在大隐静脉曲张患者中的应用效果较好,安全性较高,可有效减轻机体应激反应。

Objective:To explore and analyze the application effect of laser closure combined with foam hardener in patients with great saphenous varicose vein.Method:A total of 86 patients with great saphenous varicose vein admitted to Sanming Hospital of Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine from January 2019 to December 2021 were divided into the control group and the observation group according to the random number table method,with 43 cases in each group.The control group was treated with high ligation of great saphenous vein combined with traditional stripping,and the observation group was treated with laser closure combined with foam hardener.The total effective rate,complication rate,venous clinical severity score(VCSS)and serum cortisol(Cor)and interleukin-6(IL-6)before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Result:The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the complications rate was lower than that of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Before treatment,there were no significant differences in VCSS scores,Cor and IL-6 between the two groups(P>0.05),1,3 and 7 d after treatment,Cor and IL-6 of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,1 month after treatment,the VCSS scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Laser closure combined with foam hardener has good effect and high safety in patients with great saphenous varicose veins,and can effectively reduce the stress response of the body.
