Construction of the CPC Inner-Party Democratic System in a New Era

党的十八大以来,以习近平同志为核心的党中央高度重视党内民主的制度化建设,认为民主集中制是我们党最大的制度优势。在马克思主义民主制度建设思想的指引下,在总结了党的历史上民主制度建设的经验教训基础上,新时代党内民主制度建设以政治建设为统领取得了长足的发展,党内民主集中制进一步制度化;党员民主权利得到充分保障,夯实了党内民主的基础;中央政治局以上率下,推进了党内民主生活会制度化;党内监督与决策制度得到进一步完善。

Since the 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China(CPC),the Central Committee of the Party,with Xi Jinping being the core,has paid high attention to the institutional construction of the inner-Party democracy and maintained that democratic centralism is the biggest institutional advantage of the Party.Under the guidance of Marxist democratic system construction and based on the experience and lessons of democratic system construction in the history of the Party,the construction of the inner-Party democratic system in the new era,with political construction governing all,has made great progress.The inner-Party democratic centralism has been further institutionalized.The democratic rights of Party members have been fully guaranteed,laying a solid foundation for the inner-Party democracy.The Political Bureau of the Central Committee of the CPC takes the lead to institutionalize the inner-Party democratic meetings.The inner-Party supervision and decision-making system has been further improved.Some suggestions are also proposed against the deficiencies in the construction of the inner-Party democratic system.
