摘要
在凹版涂布产品生产时,产品涂层的厚度及其涂布表观能够展现最直接的结果,为了获得涂布基材表面涂层材料的优异性能,关键技术在于精确控制凹版涂布的涂层厚度及其表观的均匀性。精准的把控凹版涂布涂层厚度和涂布工艺中各相关因素之间的对应关系,就可以通过精确控制凹版涂布参数确保涂布产品的质量。本文通过多因素多水平正交试验(DOE)法开展涂布实验并对凹版涂布涂层厚度及其表观的影响因素进行了研究分析,通过多组数据对比分析,得到了涂层厚度及其表观与各相关因素之间的关系,可在涂布生产中节约涂布成本,为凹版涂布产品涂层质量的改进提供了技术支撑。
In the production of intaglio coating products,the coating thickness and coating appearance of products can show the most direct results.In order to obtain the excellent properties of coating materials on the surface of coated substrates,the key technology lies in accurately controlling the coating thickness and its apparent uniformity of intaglio coating.By accurately controlling the corresponding relationship between the coating thickness of gravure coating and the relevant factors in the coating process,the quality of coated products can be ensured by accurately controlling the parameters of gravure coating.In this paper,multi-factor and multi-level orthogonal test(DOE)method was used to carry out coating experiment,and the influencing factors of gravure coating thickness and its appearance were studied and analyzed.Through the comparative analysis of several groups of data,the relationship between coating thickness and its appearance and related factors was obtained,which could save coating cost in coating production and provide technical support for improving coating quality of gravure coating products.
