温疏饮配合固复操内外兼治腰椎间盘突出症疗效观察

Clinical observation on Wenshuyin combined with Gufu exercise in treating lumber disk herniation

目的对疏肝为主的温疏饮配合导引固复操治疗腰椎间盘突出症(LDH)的疗效进行观察研究。方法收集2020-07-01—2022-03-31上海市静安区中医医院骨伤科门诊138例LDH患者并按随机数字表分为两组。治疗组69例采用温疏饮配合固复操,对照组69例采用口服双氯芬酸钠双释放肠溶胶囊配合小燕飞锻炼,4周后以日本骨科协会腰痛评分(JOA)及视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评定临床疗效。结果疗程后JOA评分治疗组(24.90±2.90)分,对照组(23.67±2.99)分;VAS评分治疗组(1.86±1.23)分,对照组(2.25±0.72)分,两组较治疗前差异均有高度统计学意义(P<0.01),两组治疗后JOA评分及VAS评分对比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论温疏饮配合固复操能有效改善腰椎功能、缓解症状,且相较而言疗效更优。

Objective To observe and study the therapeutic effect of liver-soothing Wenshuyin combined with guided Gufu exercise on lumbar disc herniation(LDH).Methods A total of 138 LDH patients from the Orthopedics and Traumatology Department of Shanghai Jing’an District Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from July 1,2020to March 31,2022 were collected and divided into two groups according to random number table.69 patients in the treatment group were treated with Wenshuyin combined with guided Gufu exercise,and 69 patients in the control group were treated with diclofenac sodium double-release enteric-coated capsule combined with small Yanfei(swallow flying)exercise.The clinical efficacy was evaluated by the Japanese Orthopaedic Association low back pain score(JOA)and visual analog scale(VAS)after 4 weeks.Results After treatment,JOA scores were(24.90±2.90)in the treatment group and(23.67±2.99)in the control group;The VAS score of the treatment group was(1.86±1.23)points,and that of the control group was(2.25±0.72)points.The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.01)compared with that before treatment,and the difference between the JOA score and VAS score after treatment was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Wenshuyin combined with Gufu exercise can effectively improve lumbar function and relieve symptoms,and the effect is superior.
