胃癌根治术患者营养状况及其影响因素分析 被引量:2

摘要 目的了解胃癌根治术患者营养状况,并探讨其影响因素,为降低营养不良的发生提供依据。方法选取2021年3月至2022年6月在南华大学附属第一医院住院的227例行胃癌根治术治疗的患者为研究对象,采用一般资料调查表、患者自评-主观全面评定量表(PG-SGA)对患者进行横断面调查。结果胃癌根治术患者营养不良发生率为57.71%,多元线性回归显示年龄、低蛋白血症、体质指数、血钙为营养状况的影响因素(均P<0.05)。结论胃癌根治术患者普遍存在营养不良,医护人员应重视患者营养状况及其影响因素,采取有效干预措施,以降低营养不良发生率,改变临床结局。 Objective To understand the nutritional status of patients undergoing radical gastrectomy for gastric cancer,and to explore its influencing factors,so as to provide basis for reducing malnutrition.Methods 227 patients with gastric cancer undergoing radical gastrectomy in the First Affiliated Hospital of Nanhua University from March2021 to June 2022 were selected as the research objects,and the general data questionnaire and Patient-Generated Subjective Global Assessment(PG-SGA)were used to conduct a cross-sectional survey of patients.Results The incidence of malnutrition in patients undergoing radical gastrectomy was 57.71%.Multiple linear regression showed that age,hypoproteinemia,body mass index and blood calcium were the influencing factors of nutritional status(all P<0.05).Conclusion Malnutrition is common in patients undergoing radical gastrectomy.Medical staff should pay attention to patients’nutritional status and its influencing factors,and take effective intervention measures to reduce the incidence of malnutrition and change the clinical outcome.
