健康理念与医疗质量关系的探讨

目的关注健康理念与医疗质量的关系,深刻理解医疗质量的内涵价值,不断促进医疗质量持续性改进。方法以现代健康理念内容为出发点,分析医疗质量的价值取向和内涵维度的范畴,探讨二者之间的关系和影响。结果健康理念与医疗质量之间关系紧密复杂,相互影响,表现在个人健康理念、医者健康理念和社会健康理念三个层面上都对医疗质量产生了影响。结论现代健康理念不但对医学模式、发展方向产生了巨大的影响,而且还对医疗机构的发展理念、服务方式、服务数量、价值取向等也产生了影响,最终对医疗质量的界定、评价也产生了巨大影响,表现在个人、医者、社会的满意度上。

Objective To focus on the relationship between health concept and medical quality,deeply understand the connotation and value of medical quality,and constantly promote the continuous improvement of medical quality.Methods Starting from the content of modern health concept,this paper analyzed the value orientation and connotation dimension of medical quality,and discussed the relationship and influence between them.Results The relationship between health concept and medical quality was close and complex,and they affected each other,which was reflected in the personal health concept,the medical workers’health concept and the social health concept.Conclusion The modern health concept not only has a great impact on the medical model and development direction,but also has an impact on the development concept,service mode,service quantity,value orientation,etc.of medical institutions,and finally has a great impact on the definition and evaluation of medical quality,which is reflected in the satisfaction of individuals,medical workers,and the society.
