摘要
目前,GB 50797—2012《光伏发电站设计规范》中在对光伏组件串联数进行计算时缺少通过太阳辐照度来对开路电压校正的步骤,导致串联数的计算存在一定裕度。基于晶体硅太阳电池的单二极管等效电路模型,推导出了太阳辐照度与开路电压相关系数,并提出一种光伏组件串联数量优化设计的计算方法。通过算例分析和模拟实验验证了优化后的计算方法可以在安全范围内更大程度地提高光伏组件串联数,为光伏电站的设计优化提供了一定参考。
At present,GB 50797—2012 Code for design of photovoltaic power station lacks the steps to correct the open-circuit voltage through solar irradiance when calculating the number of PV modules in series,resulting in a certain margin in the calculation of the number of series.In this paper,based on the single diode equivalent circuit model of silicon solar cells,the correlation coefficient between solar irradiance and open circuit voltage is derived,and a new calculation method is proposed to calculate the optimum number of PV modules in series.Through the example and simulation experiments,it is verified that the method can improve the series number of PV modules to a greater extent within the safe range,which can provide a certain reference for the design optimization of PV power stations.
