国内外智能化储气库现状及展望 被引量:3

Insights and Forecast on Domestic and International Intelligent Gas Storage

摘要 储气库大规模交替注采的生产特点导致压力循环波动,易造成储气库构造失稳和井筒完整性失效、地面系统负荷波动大等问题,需要开展智能化建设实现储气库精准注采和智能配产,保障储气库安全优化运行。系统分析了国内外在建和已建的智能化储气库方案,对比了国内外智能化储气库建设特点和运营模式的变化。最后,结合中国需求现状,提出了中国储气库未来智能化建设应构建以多元数据采集、传输和融合共享为基础、以数字孪生及一体化耦合为核心的智能化管控平台,实现储气库全生命周期管理、实时模拟计算、安全风险实时在线监测及预警、智能分析决策支持。 The characteristics of large-scale alternating gas storage injection and production lead to pressure cycle fluctuation,which is prone to cause instability of gas storage structure,wellbore integrity failure,and large load fluctuation of surface system.And it is necessary to carry out intelligent development to achieve precise injection and production and optimized production allocation for gas storage,so as to guarantee the safe and optimized operation of the gas storage.This article systematically analyzes the intelligent gas storage schemes under construction and already built at home and abroad,and also compares the changes in the construction characteristics and operation models of intelligent gas storage at home and abroad.Finally,in accordance with the demand reality in China,this article proposes that the intelligent control platform should be formed,which is based on diversified data collection,transmission and data fusion and sharing while taking digital twin and integrated coupling as the core.As such,it aims to realize the whole life-cycle management of gas storage,real-time simulation calculation,real-time online monitoring and early warning of security risks,intelligent analysis as well as decision support.
