摘要
为应对管道油气泄漏事故,中国长输管道亟需研发应用高效、先进的管道抢修技术(特别是切割工艺),中俄东线天然气管道工程建成投产后,对适用于高钢级、大口径、大壁厚的新型管道切割技术研发需求倍增。介绍了国内外普通管道切割技术类型和应用情况,提出了高钢级管道切割技术的需求和选定原则;在对国内外高钢级管道切割标准进行对标的基础上,提出了中国在高钢级、大口径、大壁厚管道切割技术研发和标准研制的建议,如确定高钢级管道切割前处理、预热、与焊缝距离以及切割后打磨处理等技术要求及指标参数。研究成果对于保证管道切割效率、质量和安全性,以及提高中国管道抢修技术水平具有重要意义。
In response to the pipeline oil and gas leakage accident,it is urgent to develop and apply efficient and advanced pipeline repair technology for China’s long distance pipelines(especially cutting technology).After the China-Russia East Route natural gas pipeline project was completed and put into operation,the demand for research and development of new pipeline cutting technology suitable for those high steel grade with large diameter and large wall thickness actually doubled.The article introduces the types and applications of common pipe cutting technology at home and abroad and also puts forward the requirements and selection principles of high steel pipe cutting technology;on the basis of comparing the cutting standards of high steel grade pipelines at home and abroad,this article proposes suggestions on the research and development of cutting technology and standards of those high steel grade with large diameter and large wall thickness pipelines in China.For example,the article determines the technical requirements and index parameters of the high-steel pipeline before cutting,preheating,distance from the weld and grinding following cutting.The research result is vital for guaranteeing the cutting efficiency,quality and safety of the pipelines and key to improve the level of Chinese emergency maintenance regarding pipelines.
