通过对高压充气式开关柜的隔离/接地开关的接地操作故障问题调查发现,隔离/接地开关动触头的驱动丝杆断裂使其实际运动位置与操作机构实际输出的功率不一致。研究一种带有三工位位置监测的高压充气式开关柜,其隔离/接地开关本体的接地位置信号由磁控开关输送至开关柜的控制面板,通过指示灯显示。结果表明,这种充气柜的运行更可靠。

Through the investigation of grounding operation failure of isolating/grounding switch of high-voltage inflatable switchgear,it is found that the driving screw of the moving contact of isolating/grounding switch is broken,which makes its actual moving position inconsistent with the actual output power of the operating mechanism.A highvoltage inflatable switch cabinet with three-station position monitoring is studied.The grounding position signal of the isolating/grounding switch body is transmitted to the control panel of the switch cabinet by the magnetic control switch and displayed by the indicator light.The results show that the high-voltage inflatable switchgear is more reliable.
