创业者先前经验、资源拼凑与返乡新创企业成长——基于“乡村振兴大调查”数据

Returning Entrepreneurs’Previous Experience,Bricolage and Growth of Returning Start-ups——Based on the Data of Rural Revitalization Survey

本文基于2020年“乡村振兴大调查”372家返乡新创企业调查数据,运用OLS模型、工具变量法、逐步回归法等探究创业者先前经验对返乡新创企业成长的影响机制。研究发现:返乡创业地情境下创业者先前经验对返乡新创企业成长会产生负向影响,但随企业经营年限增长而不显著;资源拼凑在创业者先前经验对返乡新创企业成长影响中起中介作用,且创业者先前经验负向影响返乡新创企业资源拼凑;企业经营年限负向调节创业者先前经验对资源拼凑的影响。因此,返乡创业者在前期积累创业经验的同时,也应关注本土能力培养;积极开展资源拼凑突破资源困境以促进返乡新创企业成长;不断优化返乡创业地营商环境,以消除先前经验在返乡创业地情境下不适用。

Based on the data of 372 returning start-ups from the survey of rural revitalization,this paper uses OLS model,instrumental variable method and stepwise regression method to test the impact of entrepreneurs’previous experience on the growth of returning start-ups.The results show that in the context of returning home to start a business,the previous experience of entrepreneurs will have a negative impact on the growth of returning start-ups,but it becomes insignificant with the growth of business years.Bricolage plays a mediating role in the impact of previous experience of entrepreneurs on the growth of returning start-ups,and the previous experience of entrepreneurs negatively affects bricolage of returning start-ups,while the increase of business years negatively moderates the impact of previous experience of entrepreneurs on bricolage.Therefore,when returning entrepreneurs accumulate experience in the early stage,they should pay attention to the cultivation of local capabilities,actively carry out bricolage to promote the growth of returning start-ups,and constantly optimize the business environment of the returned places to eliminate the maladjustment of previous experience and the situation of the returned places.
