区域数字经济发展指数测度方法及应用研究

Research on the Measurement Method and Application of Regional Digital Economy Development Index

目前数字经济发展指数相关研究大都基于国家层面,针对具体区域数字经济指标构建与数字经济发展指数测度还缺乏相关的深入研究。本文构建了区域数字经济发展评价指标体系,并以贵州省作为典型案例对区域数字经济发展指数测度进行实证研究。通过采用熵值法赋权和灰色相对关联度分析法客观分析贵州近年数字经济发展进程以及采用极值法赋权评价贵州数字经济发展水平,分析了贵州数字经济发展存在的深层次问题。

At present,the research on digital economy development index is mostly based on the national level,and there is still a lack of in-depth research on the construction of digital economy indicators and the measurement of digital economy development index for specific regions.This paper constructs the evaluation index system of regional digital economy development,and takes Guizhou Province as a typical case to conduct empirical research on the measurement of regional digital economy development index.This paper objectively analyzes the development process of Guizhou’s digital economy in recent years by using entropy method and grey relative correlation analysis,and evaluates the development level of Guizhou’s digital economy by using extreme value method,and analyzes the deep-seated problems in the development of Guizhou’s digital economy.
