摘要
以CaC2和C6Cl6为原料,通过机械球磨的方式所制备的新型含炔基碳材料(ACM)能有效地吸附水溶液中的抗生素,利用能谱仪、全自动比表面积及孔径分析仪等表征方法,证实其含有C=O和丰富的孔道结构。通过研究30℃时ACM对四环素、金霉素、土霉素和磺胺的吸附性能,以及40、50和60℃下对上述抗生素的吸附等温数据,发现此ACM对水体中的四环素、金霉素和土霉素的平衡吸附量可达345 mg/g,对磺胺的平衡吸附量可达58 mg/g。ACM对四种抗生素的吸附机理源于其微孔与中孔共存、以及氢键、π-π等相互作用。
The new alkyne-containingcarbon material(ACM),prepared by mechanical ball milling using CaC2and C6Cl6as raw materials,can effectively adsorb antibiotics in aqueous solution. The C=O group and rich pore structure of ACM were confirmed by characterization methods,i.e.,energy spectrometry and automatic specific surface area and void analyzer. By studying the adsorption performances of tetracycline,chrysomycin,oxytetracycline and sulfonamide on ACM at 30 ℃ and the isothermal data on the abovementioned antibiotics at 40,50 and 60 ℃,respectively,we found that the equilibrium adsorbate loading of tetracycline,chrysomycin and oxytetracycline on ACM can reach 345 mg/g,and the equilibrium adsorbate loading of sulfonamide can amount to 58 mg/g.The adsorption mechanism of the four antibiotics on ACM was ascribed to the coexistence of micropores and mesopores,hydrogen bonding and π-π stacking.
