摘要 阐述了我国灌区输水建筑物降糙防护需求、水工混凝土表面防护技术概况,以及输水建筑物降糙防护技术的应用发展,介绍了《灌区输水建筑物降糙防护技术导则》地方标准的立项背景、制定的必要性,以及标准的主要内容。 This paper summarized the diseases of water conveyance structure in irrigation areas in China, the general situation of surface protection technology of hydraulic concrete and the application and development of roughness reduction protection technology of water conveyance structures. The background, necessity and main contents of Technical Guidance for Roughness Reduction and Protection of Water Conveyance Structure in Irrigated Areas.
