基于三滑动窗口的风电系统储能优化控制策略

摘要 储能系统应用在平滑风电功率波动上具有显著效果,为提高平抑效果及保障储能系统在不同波动情况下灵活安全运行,提出基于三滑动窗口的风电系统储能优化控制策略。首先,根据三种波动情况提出三滑动窗口,并得出并网参考功率;然后,将风功率的波动系数作为寻优变量,结合滑动平均滤波算法与麻雀搜索算法建立系统模型,计算最优风功率波动系数,得出最佳并网功率;最后,提出一种基于功率修正系数的SOC维持算法,满足平抑要求的同时减少储能系统的过充过放。为验证所提方法的有效性,在Matlab R2020a中进行了仿真分析。结果表明:所提控制策略能够根据功率波动情况自动切换窗口宽度,显著平滑功率波动,规避储能设备无节制充放电,维持荷电状态为设定值,实现风储互补控制系统稳定安全运行。 The application of energy storage system has a significant effect in smoothing the fluctuation of wind power.In order to improve the stabilization effect and ensure flexible and safe operation of energy storage system under different fluctuation conditions,a wind power system energy storage optimal control strategy based on three sliding windows is proposed.According to the three kinds of fluctuations,three sliding windows are proposed and the grid-connection reference power is obtained.The wind power fluctuation coefficient is taken as the optimization variable,the system model is established by combining the moving average filter(MAF)algorithm and the sparrow search algorithm(SSA),and the optimal wind power fluctuation coefficient is calculated,so as to obtain the optimal grid-connection power.An SOC(state of charge)maintenance algorithm based on power correction coefficient is proposed to reduce the overcharge and discharge while meeting the requirements of stabilization of energy storage system.The imulation analysis was carried out in Matlab R2020a to verify the effectiveness of the proposed method.The results show that the proposed control strategy can switch the window width automatically according to the power fluctuation,smooth the power fluctuation prominently,avoid the uncontrolled charging and discharging of energy storage equipment,maintain the SOC at the set value,and realize the stable and safe operation of the wind storage complementary control system.
