“绿洲一号”土壤细菌的分离鉴定及生物学性质研究

The Isolation and Identification of “Oasis No.1” Soil Bacteria and Research of Their Biological Characteristics

本研究以内蒙古乌兰察布菌草“绿洲一号”土壤为材料,分离得到两株土壤细菌,编号为NSL4、NSL16。通过形态学、16S rDNA分子鉴定、生物学性质、促生能力和盆栽试验分析结果显示,NSL4和NSL16鉴定为阿氏芽孢杆菌(Bacillus aryabhattai)。两株细菌的革兰氏染色结果均为阳性,均具有产生过氧化氢酶能力,都具有分解无机磷的能力,盆栽试验表明,两菌株均可以提高叶绿体色素含量,对玉米具有一定的促进效果。

In this study, two soil bacteria numbered NSL4 and NSL16 were isolated from the soil of Ulanchap Juncao “Oasis No.1” in Inner Mongolia The results of morphology, 16 S rDNA molecular identification, biological characteristics, growth promoting ability and pot experiment showed that NSL4 and NSL16 are both identified as Bacillus aryabhattai.The Gram stain results of two bacteria are all positive.Both of them had the ability to produce catalase and decompose inorganic phosphorus.Pot experiment showed that two bacteria could increase the content of chloroplast pigment, which had a certain promotion effect on maize.
