6种杀虫剂对藜麦黄条跳甲和萹蓄齿胫叶甲的田间药效评价

摘要 为筛选对藜麦上的主要害虫黄条跳甲、萹蓄齿胫叶甲防治效果较好的杀虫剂,本研究采用喷雾法开展了6种杀虫剂对这两种害虫的田间药效试验。结果显示,化学杀虫剂22.5%氯氟·啶虫脒可湿性粉剂、42%啶虫·哒螨灵可湿性粉剂的剂量对黄条跳甲的防效均在89.26%以上,对萹蓄齿胫叶甲的防效亦不低于87.04%,45%哒螨·噻虫胺水分散粒剂的中、高剂量以及5%啶虫脒乳油的高剂量,对两种害虫的防效均高于86.55%,上述处理表现均较优。两种生物源杀虫剂的中、高剂量对黄条跳甲的防效均高于75.91%,其高剂量对萹蓄齿胫叶甲的防效在75.33%以上,防效良好。因此,建议在防治藜麦的这两类害虫时,合理轮换使用这6种杀虫剂,以减缓抗药性的产生。 In order to screen the better pesticides which against Phyllotreta spp.and Gastrophysa polygoni on Quinoa, the spray method were used in this study.The field efficacy tests of Six pesticides against these two pests were carried out in Qinghai plateau.Results showed that, Chemical insecticides such as 22.5% cyhalothrin · acetamiprid WP,42% acetamiprid · pyridaben WP,the control effect of each dose on P. spp.was above 89.26%,and was not less than 87.04% on G.polygoni. Medium and high doses of 45% pyridaben · thiamethoxam WDG and medium dose of 5% acetamiprid EC,their control effects on the two pests were higher than 86.55%.The performances of the above treatments were excellent.Control effect of the middle and high doses of the two biological insecticides on P. spp.was higher than 75.91%,their high dose on G.polygoni were over 75.33%,these treatments were good.Therefore, it is suggested to use these six insecticides to control these two pests on quinoa, so as to slow down the development of insecticide resistance of pests.
