摘要
本研究采用不同浓度的3种植物生长调节剂对华山松种子进行纸床发芽试验。结果表明:3种植物生长调节剂在不同浓度下对华山松种子萌发有较大的影响,在适宜的浓度范围内3种植物生长调节剂均对华山松种子萌发有促进作用,且赤霉素浓度为150mg/L时促进效果较好;萘乙酸在60mg/L时的促进萌发效果较佳;吲哚丁酸在100mg/L处理时相较于对照及其它浓度促进效果较优。
In this study,three kinds of plant growth regulators with different concentrations were used for the paper bed germination test of Pinus armandii seeds.The results showed that the three plant growth regula-tors had a greater impact on the germination of Pinus armandii at different concentrations,and all the 3 plant growth regulators had a promoting effect on the germination of Pinus armandii within the appropriate concen-tration range,and gibberellin The promotion effect was better when the concentration was 150 mg/L;the germi-nation promotion effect of naphthalene acetic acid was better at 60 mg/L;the promotion effect of indole butyric acid at 100 mg/L was better than that of the control and other concentrations.
