摘要
目的:探讨柴胡-黄芩是否可以减轻急性胰腺炎大鼠的炎性反应和疼痛反应。方法:选取SD大鼠,采用腹腔注射L-精氨酸复制急性胰腺炎模型,随后给予柴胡-黄芩水煎液灌胃,观察柴胡-黄芩对大鼠疼痛行为,血清IL-6、IL-1β、TNF-α、CAT、GSH-Px、MDA水平,以及NF-κB通路活性的影响。结果:柴胡-黄芩能延长急性胰腺炎大鼠疼痛行为第1次出现时间,降低血清IL-6、IL-1β、TNF-α水平,升高大鼠体内CAT、GSH-Px活力,降低MDA水平,抑制NFκB通路活化。结论:柴胡-黄芩通过抑制NFκB通路活化和提高抗氧化作用保护急性胰腺炎。
Objective:To investigate whether Bupleurum-Scutellara can alleviate the inflammatory and pain responses of rats on acute pancreatitis.Methods:Acute pancreatitis was induced by intraperitoneal injection of L-arginine on SD rats,and then intragastrically administered of Bupleurum-Scutellara decoction to observe the pain behavior,IL-6,IL-1β,TNF-α,CAT,GSH-Px,MDA levels in serum and NFκB pathway activity of Bupleurum-Scutellara in rats.Conclusion:Bupleurum-Scutellara protected acute pancreatitis by inhibiting the activation of NFκB pathway and improved its antioxidant effects.
