岩黄连防治肝病的药理作用及相关机制研究进展

摘要 岩黄连是我国用于防治多种轻重症肝脏疾病的特效民族和民间药。其基原主要为罂粟科紫堇属植物石生黄堇(Corydalis saxicola Bunting)的全草,具有清热解毒、利湿、止痛止血等功效。现代研究表明,岩黄连主要含生物碱类成分,具有保肝、抗病毒、抗肿瘤、抗炎及抗菌等药理活性。临床上用于改善肝功能指标,减轻胆汁郁积,对肝炎、肝硬化、肝纤维化、肝癌等肝脏疾病都有良好的治疗效果。本文对近年来有关岩黄连治疗多种肝脏疾病的药理作用机制研究及治疗肝癌的临床应用进展进行综述,以期为该药物的深入研究及同属近缘植物资源的开发利用提供参考。 Yanhuanglian is a kind of herbal medicine with magical prevention and curing effects on various mild and severe liver diseases.The herbal medicine originates mainly from the whole plants of Corydalis saxicola Bunting(Genus Corydalis,Papaveraceae)and it has the functions of clearing heat and detoxifying,eliminating dampness,analgesia and hemostasis.Modern researches indicate that the main chemical constituents of Yanhuanglian are alkaloids,which possess various pharmacological effects,including hepatoprotective,antiviral,anti-tumor,anti-inflammatory,and antibacterial activities.Yanhuanglian can also improve liver function indices and reduce cholestasis in clinic,and has good therapeutic effects on liver diseases such as hepatitis,liver cirrhosis,liver fibrosis and alcoholic hepatitis,liver cancer and so on.In this paper,the pharmacological effects and mechanisms and clinical application of Yanhuanglian in the treatment of multiple liver diseases were summarized through systematic review and analysis of recent literature,which would provide reference for further scientific research of the herb medicine and the development and utilization of the related medicinal plant resources.
