摘要
电路短路或漏电、电解液温度、银离子浓度、硝酸浓度、同极间距达到生产要求,与银电解电流效率低无关。人工刮槽次数少、电积液净化频次低与电解周期不合理是造成银电解电流效率低的原因。每日人工刮槽次数≥11次,银粉必须2 h刮一次;提高电解液净化频次;“2+3”电解周期法,残极率低于20%,银电流效率平均达到94.56%。通过提高银的电流效率,每年可以增加利润29万元。
Circuit short circuit or leakage,electrolyte temperature,silver ion concentration,nitric acid concentration,and distance between the same poles meet the production requirements,regardless of the low current efficiency of silver electrolysis.The low frequency of manual scraping,the low frequency of electrolytic liquid purification and the unreasonable electrolysis cycle are the reasons for the low efficiency of silver electrolysis current.The number of manual scraping tanks per day is≥11 times,and the silver powder must be scraped 2 hours once;increase the frequency of electrolyte purification;"2+3"electrolysis cycle method,the residual rate is less than 20%,and the average silver current efficiency reaches 94.56%.By improving the current efficiency of silver,annual profits can be increased by 290,000 yuan.
