摘要
针对水口山铅冶炼厂Na_(2)O、K_(2)O富集、影响安全环保稳定运行这一现状,通过测定原燃料投入项、产出项、循环烟灰项的Na_(2)O、K_(2)O含量,同时,结合两炉实际生产过程中的数据,对水口山SKS炼铅法过程中,Na_(2)O、K_(2)O的分布进行了计算。实践研究表明,水口山SKS炼铅法过程中Na_(2)O、K_(2)O负荷为14.409 kg/t,其中,由自产及外购国产铅精矿带入的Na_(2)O、K_(2)O负荷占34.144%,由进口精矿及硫酸铅渣带入的Na_(2)O、K_(2)O负荷占63.815%,产出项中,炉渣带出的Na_(2)O、K_(2)O占其投入总量的91.70%。为了降低Na_(2)O、K_(2)O对SKS炼铅法的危害,结合实际生产,给出了降低Na_(2)O、K_(2)O危害的措施。
According to the enrichment of Na_(2)O、K_(2)O in SKS lead smelting plant,which influenced the smooth operation of safety and environment,the equilibrium distribution of Na_(2)O、K_(2)O in bottom blowing furnace of SKS was calculated by measuring the Na_(2)O、K_(2)O content in the raw fuel,ash circulation and output of SKS,and combining with the actual production data of SKS lead smelting plant during sampling period.The results showed that the alkali load in SKS lead smelting plant was 14.409 kg/t,of which 34.144%Na_(2)O、K_(2)O were brought in by the concentrate of self produced and domestication,of which 63.815%Na_(2)O、K_(2)O were brought in by the concentrate of import or lead sulfate slag.Among the expenditure items,most of the Na_(2)O、K_(2)O were taken away by slag accounting for 91.70%of the total expenditure.In order to reduce the damage caused by Na_(2)O、K_(2)O to lead smelting of SKS,the measures to reduce the harm of Na_(2)O、K_(2)O in combination with the actual situation of SKS lead smelting were put forward.
