摘要
有色金属硫化矿火法冶炼过程中会产生污酸废水,污酸中含有浓度较高的剧毒元素砷,因此,需要对污酸进行脱砷处理。试验采用硫化沉砷-铁盐深度脱砷的梯级脱砷方法,将污酸中的砷脱除,试验研究表明最佳工艺条件为:pH=3,硫化钠加入量、FeSO_(4)加入量和H_(2)O_(2)加入量分别为理论用量的3倍、3倍和5倍。脱砷后废水中砷的浓度为0.32 mg/L,有较好的脱砷效果。
Waste acid wastewater will be produced in the process of fire smelting of nonferrous metal sulfide ores.Sewage acid contains high concentration of highly toxic element As.Therefore,it is necessary to dearsenic treatment from sewage acid.Arsenic was removed from sewage acid by the step dearsenization method of arsenic precipitating-ferric salt deep dearsenization.The results show that the optimal process conditions are as follows:pH=3,the amount of sodium sulfide,FeSO_(4)and H_(2)O_(2)are three,three and five times of the theoretical amount,respectively.The concentration of As in wastewater after arsenic removal is 0.32 mg/L,which has a good effect of arsenic removal.
