摘要
文章采用电感耦合等离子体发射光谱法测定碳化铬基喷涂合金粉中的钨量。样品用硫酸、磷酸和硝酸溶解,用氢氟酸、硝酸络合试样溶液中的钨。选λ=207.911 nm或λ=209.475 nm作为钨的分析波长,标准工作曲线法测定碳化铬基喷涂合金粉中的钨量。方法相对标准偏差为1.0%~1.8%,加标回收率为97.9%~113.5%。方法简便快速,适用于生产分析。
This article uses inductively coupled plasma emission spectroscopy to determine tungsten content of chromium carbide base sprayed alloy powder.The sample is dissolved in sulfuric acid,phosphoric acid and nitric acid,with hydrofluoric acid and nitric acid complex tungsten of the sample solution.Selectλ=207.911 nm orλ=209.475 nm as the analysis wavelength of tungsten,determination of tungsten content in chromium carbide base sprayed alloy powder with standard working curve method.The relative standard deviation of the method is 1.0%~1.8%.Spiked recovery rate is 97.9%~113.5%.The method is simple and rapid.It can be applied to production analysis.
