摘要
金属材料的大气腐蚀造成了巨大的经济损失。模拟金属材料在不同大气环境下的腐蚀并预测其长期腐蚀水平意义重大。主要阐述了腐蚀的影响因素及影响效果,综述了自然暴露实验法、湿热实验、盐雾实验、干湿交替循环实验和多因子循环复合腐蚀实验等方法的原理及应用。其中多因子循环复合腐蚀实验已成为模拟大气腐蚀加速实验的主要发展方向。
Atmospheric corrosion of metals has caused huge economic losses.It is of great significance to predict the long-term corrosion by simulating the corrosion of metal materials in different atmospheric environments.This paper mainly analyses the influencing factors and the effects of corrosion, and summarizes the relevant corrosion principles and applications of natural exposure test, Damp Heat Test, salt spray test, wet-dry alternate cycle test and multi-factor cycle compound corrosion test.Among them, the multi-factor cycle compound corrosion test has become the main development direction of simulated atmospheric corrosion accelerated test.
