摘要
法学概论课是我校思想政治教育专业的核心主干课程,是一门理论性与实践性结合紧密的课程。在高校课程思政建设的大背景下,通过案例教学法将思想教育融入法学概论课程教学的全过程,让学生在掌握具体法律知识的同时,学会法律思维方法,提高法律意识和法治素养。本文针对法学概论课教学实践,围绕教学目标实现,分析课程性质、教学任务与课程目标,运用“案例+课程思政”相结合的设计思路,将思想教育融入法学概论课程教学全过程,实现教学内容、教学方法和评价体系等多方面创新。
Introduction to Law is the core and main course for ideological and political education in our school,and it is a course that combines theory and practice closely.Under the background of the ideological and political construction of college courses,case teaching method is used to integrate ideological education into the whole process of the teaching of Introduction to Law,so that students can master specific legal knowledge,learn legal thinking methods,and improve legal awareness and legal literacy.This paper aims at the teaching practice of Introduction to Law,focuses on the realization of teaching objectives,analyzes the nature of the course,teaching tasks and course objectives,uses the designing idea of combining cases with course for ideological and political education,integrates ideological education into the whole teaching process of Introduction to Law,and realizes the innovation in teaching content,teaching methods and evaluation system.
