摘要
职业教育作为类型教育,主要是培养职业能力,需要强化实践教学。在分析实践教学中存在问题的基础上,基于生活学习理论和情境教育理论,按照“学校的一切资源都是教学资源,学校的一切活动都是教学活动”的理念,构建了校园职业场,基于校园职业场改革实践教学,开展了“实践教学环境与真实工作岗位相结合、实践教学模式与工作过程相结合、实践教学评价与工作成果相结合”的实践教学改革,成效显著。
Vocational education,as a type of education,mainly cultivates professional ability,which requires strengthening practical teaching.On the basis of analyzing the problems in practical teaching,based on the theory of life learning and situational education,and in accordance with the concept of“all resources in the school are teaching resources,and all activities in the school are teaching activities”,campus career field is constructed,and practical teaching is reformed based on campus career field.The practical teaching reform of“combining the practical teaching environment with real jobs,combining practical teaching mode with work process,and combining the practical teaching evaluation with work results”has been carried out and implemented,with remarkable results.
