职业教育服务乡村振兴战略的价值旨归、实践困境与优化路径

The Value Purpose,Practical Dilemma and Optimization Path of Vocational Education Serving Rural Revitalization Strategy

党的十九大报告指出,农业农村农民问题是关系国计民生的根本问题,需要将其作为促进我国乡村经济发展的重中之重。职业教育的融入可为乡村振兴战略的落实提供人才与技术支持。然而,目前职业教育与乡村振兴战略的结合并不理想,相关部门需要在今后具体工作开展过程中,明确职业教育不同主体的分工及权责范围,更新职业教育服务乡村振兴战略理念,推动乡村振兴工作有序开展。

The report of the 19th National Congress of the Communist Party of China pointed out that the issue of agriculture,rural area and farmer is a fundamental issue related to the national economy and people’s livelihood,which needs to be taken as the top priority to promote the development of China’s rural economy.The integration of vocational education can provide talents and technical support for the implementation of rural revitalization strategy.However,the combination of vocational education and rural revitalization strategy is unsatisfactory at present.Relevant departments need to clarify the division of labor and the scope of rights and responsibilities of different subjects of vocational education in specific work in the future,update the strategic concept of vocational education serving rural revitalization,and promote the orderly development of rural revitalization.
