摘要
城市盾构掘进施工过程中,由于管片上浮引起的隧道管片错台、防水隐患、拼装困难等问题直接影响区间隧道外观及工程质量。管片上浮还可能造成区间隧道的“侵限”,同时管片的端面会产生剪切应力,降低管片结构的抗渗压力和抗压强度。针对盾构施工过程中管片上浮现象进行实地监测,通过对监测数据、壁后注浆数据进行分析,总结了管片上浮的规律及影响范围,并提出相应的控制措施。
In the process of urban shield tunneling,the problems of the wrong platform,waterproof risks and assembly difficulties caused by the pipe floating pipe blade directly affect the appearance and engineering quality of the interval tunnel. The floating of the segment may also cause the“invasion limit”of the interval tunnel,and the end surface of the segment will produce shear stress,and reduce the seepage pressure and compressive strength of the segment structure. This paper monitors the floating phenomenon of the segment during the shield construction,and through the analysis and research of the monitoring data and the backwall grouting data,the segment floating law and the influence range are summarized,and the corresponding control measures are put forward.
