算法控制、“自我剥削”与数字劳动的时空修复——数字资本主义劳动过程的LPT研究 被引量:18

摘要 劳动过程理论(LPT)强调,围绕控制、同意与反抗的劳资博弈,始终与资本主义劳动过程如影相随。进入数字资本主义阶段,数字化、网络化和智能化生产正在推动劳动过程发生深刻变化。数据驱动的算法控制,成为资本主义劳动控制的新形态;劳动者身陷“老板游戏”的“自我剥削”,演绎资本主义“同意制造”的新机制;而来自数字劳动的时空修复,则开辟了数字化时代劳动主体性重塑和劳动抗争的新路径。深化对数字资本主义劳动过程的规律性认识,科学揭示当代资本主义劳资关系变化的新特点新趋势,对于推动我国数字经济健康发展,维护新就业形态劳动者合法权益,也不无实践启迪与经验镜鉴。 As the labor process theory(LPT)has emphasized,control,consent and resistance during labor-capital games have always been very closely associated with the capitalist labor process.In the era of digital capitalism,digitized,networked and intellectualized production has given rise to dramatic changes in the labor process.Algorithmic control driven by big data has become a new form of capitalist labor control.Laborers have submerged in the self-exploitation of“I am the boss”,which has been acted as a new mechanism of capitalist“consent manufacturing”.The spatio-temporal fix of the digital labor has invented new ways of reshaping the subjectivity of labor and organizing labor resistance to capital in the digital era.We should deepen the understanding of regularity of the labor process of digital capitalism and scientifically investigate the new characteristics and trends of changes in contemporary capitalist labor-capital relations,which provide practical implications for promoting the sound development of China’s digital economy and safeguarding the legitimate rights and interests of laborers in new forms of employment.
