肛肠科直乙肠镜检查发现直肠肿物的回顾性分析

Retrospective Survey on Finding Rectal Mass Showed by Recto-sigmoidoscopy in a Coloproctological Detp.

目的:回顾分析电子直乙肠镜在肛肠科检查中发现直肠肿物的效果。方法:回顾性分析336例肛肠科就诊患者的电子直乙肠镜检查结果。结果:336例患者中共筛查出直肠肿物22例,检出率为6.5%,其中直肠癌15例,直肠息肉7例。60~69岁直肠肿物检出率显著高于其他年龄段,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。男性直肠肿物检出率为3.0%(10/336),女性直肠肿物检出率为3.6%(12/336),女性直肠肿物检出率高于男性,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论:电子直乙肠镜检查较全结肠镜检查费用低、简便易行、患者依从性高,对直肠、乙状结肠肿物的筛查及肛肠疾病诊断具有很高的准确性,适合大规模筛查,更适合基层医院及社区医院推广应用。

Objective Retrospectively to investigate the efficacy of electro-recto-sigmoidoscopy in finding rectal mass.Methods Retrospectively survey the inspection results of electro-recto-sigmoidoscopy on 336 patients treated in author’s coloproctological dept.(2019-11-2020-12).Results In the 336 cases,22 suffered from rectal mass(accounted for 6.5%) including 15 of rectal cancer,7 of rectal polyps,which the detected rate of rectal mass in the patients aged 60-69 yr.was significantly higher than that of whom aged other range(P <0.05);And,the rate of female patients was significantly higher than male patients[3.6%(12/336) vs 3.0%(10/336),P <0.05].Conclusion Electro-recto-sigmoidoscopy’s cost is lower than whole coloscopy’s one,and simple & easily;on this inspection patients’ complicance is high, as well as has high accuracy for screening mass of these sites and other coloproctological diseases;thus is suitable to screen large-scale,more to basic or community’s hospital.
