自动套扎术联合消肿止痛汤坐浴治疗内痔出血60例疗效观察

Ruiyun Procedure for Hemorrhoids Combined with Xiaozhong Zhitong Tang for Sitz Bath in the Treatment of Bleeding due to Internal Hemorrhoids:Effect Observation on 60 Cases

目的:探讨应用痔自动套扎术联合消肿止痛汤坐浴治疗内痔出血的疗效。方法:将120例内痔出血患者随机分为观察组和对照组,每组60例。对照组在无麻醉下行痔自动套扎术治疗,观察组在此基础上联合消肿止痛汤坐浴,观察比较2组患者症状积分、疗效、不良反应发生率及复发情况。结果:术后4d、7d,观察组肿胀程度、坠胀感、疼痛评分均低于对照组(P <0.05);观察组总有效率为100.0%,高于对照组的93.3%(P <0.05);2组不良反应发生率及复发率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:采用痔自动套扎术联合消肿止痛汤坐浴治疗内痔出血疗效显著,可缓解术后肿胀程度、坠胀感及疼痛程度,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To investigate the effect of ruiyun procedure for hemorrhoids(RPH) combined with Xiaozhong Zhitong Tang(a TCM formula,Tang) for sitz bath in the treatment of bleeding due to internal hemorrhoids.Methods Randomly divided 120 patients suffered from bleeding due to internal hemorrhoids treated in authors’ hospital into control group(60 cases,adopted RPH without anesthewsia) and observation group(60 cases,based on control group, combined with Tang sitz bath),then,compared the accumlated points on symptoms,effect,unward reaction incidence,and recurrence status between the two groups.Results In the score ratings on turgescence degree, beardown-swelling feeling and pain at 4 and 7 days after surgery;and in total effective rate,observation group was respectively lower, and higher(100.00 % vs 93.3 %) than control group(all,P <0.05);in unward reaction incidence and recurrence rate there was no statistical difference between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion RPH combiend with Tang sitz bath in the treatment of bleeding due to internal hemorrhoids has significant effect,also can relieve postoperative worthy to be popularized to use clinically.
