中药外治预防混合痔外剥内扎术后切口感染的疗效观察

The Efficacy Observation of TCM External Treatment for Preventing Incision Infection after External Dissection &Internal Ligature for Mixed Hemorrhoids

目的:研究中药外治预防混合痔外剥内扎术后切口感染的疗效。方法:将160例接受外剥内扎术治疗的混合痔患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组80例。治疗组术后采用本院自拟中药方熏洗及京万红软膏局部换药,不使用抗生素治疗。对照组术前半小时开始使用第二代头孢菌素,连续使用3d。肛门局部使用1∶5 000高锰酸钾溶液熏洗,凡士林油纱换药。观察记录2组切口愈合情况。结果:治疗组与对照组术后切口评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。随访半年,无继发性肛裂及肛周脓肿等发生。结论:中药外治可有效预防混合痔外剥内扎术后切口感染。

Objective To investigate the efficacy of TCM external treatment for preventing incision infection after external dissection & internal ligature for mixed hemorrhoids.Methods Randomly divided 160 mixed hemorrhoids patients to be subject to external dissection & internal ligature in authors’ hospital into treatment group(80 cases,after surgery received fuming-wash with self-developed TCM agent,and locally dressing exchange with Jingwanhong ointment, but no-using antibiotics) and control group(80 cases,0.5 h after surgery starting to administer second-generation cephalosporin,continuously for 3 days;locally 1:5000 PP solution for fuming-wash anus,also,dressing exchange by using petrolatum gauze strip);then,observed and compared incision healing status between two groups.Results In the score ratings on postoperative incision there was no statistical difference between the two groups(P>0.05);the follow-up of 0.5 year did no find any secondary anal fissure and perianal abscess,happen.Conclusion TCM external treatment can effectively prevent incision infection after external dissection & internal ligature for mixed hemorrhoids.
