复方丹参滴丸对急性高原病大鼠作用及机制 被引量:3

The effects and mechanism of compound Danshen dripping pills on acute mountain sickness in rats

摘要 目的探究复方丹参滴丸对急性高原病作用机制。方法采用低压低氧舱,模拟海拔5000 m缺氧24 h,建立急性高原病大鼠模型。SD大鼠随机分为对照组、模型组、阳性药组和实验组。阳性药组灌胃30 mg·kg^(-1)乙酰唑胺、实验组灌胃给予72.9 mg·kg^(-1)复方丹参滴丸,对照组与模型组灌胃等体积蒸馏水,每日一次,连续给药7天,测定血气、生化指标等。结果对照组、模型组和实验组血氧饱和度分别为(98.97±3.52)%,(81.84±3.11)%,(96.53±3.99)%;肌酸激酶同工酶B含量分别为(328.1±148.7),(590.2±251.3)和(342.6±136.1)U·L^(-1);血糖分别为(7.9±1.4),(32.1±4.0)和(9.4±2.0)mmol·L^(-1)。上述指标,模型组与对照组相比,或实验组与模型相比,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论复方丹参滴丸可通过提高血氧饱和度,降低心肌酶,恢复代谢水平等起到促进大鼠高原习服的作用。 Objective To investigate the potential mechanism of compound Danshen dripping pills(CDDP)in protecting acute mountain sickness.Methods Acute mountain sickness rat model was established by decompression chamber for 24 h at 5000 m altitudes.Rats were randomly divided into four groups:control group,model group,positive group and experimental group.The positive group was given 30 mg·kg^(-1) acetazolamide by gavage,the experimental group was given 72.9 mg·kg^(-1) CDDP by gavage,and the control group and model group were given the same volume of distilled water by gavage,once a day for 7 days.The blood gas and biochemical indexes were measured.Results Blood oxygen saturation in control group,model group,and experimental group were(98.97±3.52)%,(81.84±3.11)%,(96.53±3.99)%.The content of creatine kinase myocardial band in three groups were(328.1±148.7),(590.2±251.3),(342.6±136.1)U·L^(-1).Blood glucose of three groups were(7.9±1.4),(32.1±4.0),(9.4±2.0)mmol·L^(-1).Compared between with model group and control group,or experimental group and model group,the differences of the factors were statistically significant(all P<0.05).Conclusion CDDP promote high altitude acclimatization of rat by improving blood oxygen saturation,reduce myocardial enzymes and restore metabolic level.
