腹腔镜下卵巢囊肿剥除术治疗卵巢囊肿的临床效果

Clinical effect of laparoscopic ovarian cystectomy in the treatment of ovarian cyst

目的研究腹腔镜下卵巢囊肿剥除术治疗卵巢囊肿的临床效果。方法回顾性分析2020年8月至2021年8月烟台市芝罘区妇幼保健院妇科收治的96例采取手术治疗卵巢囊肿的患者临床资料。根据手术方案不同分为参照组和实验组(各48例),分别开展传统开腹手术、腹腔镜下卵巢囊肿剥除术。观察两组术后的并发症发生情况及手术前后的卵泡刺激素(FSH)、雌二醇(E_(2))水平差异。结果实验组术后的并发症总发生率低于参照组(P<0.05);两组术前、术后180 d的FSH、E_(2)水平比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论腹腔镜下卵巢囊肿剥除术作为治疗卵巢囊肿患者的手术方案可降低术后并发症发生率,且术后不会影响FSH及E_(2)水平。

Objective To study the clinical effect of laparoscopic ovarian cystectomy in the treatment of ovarian cysts.Methods A retrospective analysis of the clinical data of 96 patients with ovarian cysts was conducted who received surgical treatment in Department of Gynecology,Maternal and Child Health Hospital of Zhifu,Yantai City,from August 2020 to August 2021.According to different surgical plans,the patients were divided into the reference group and the experimental group(48 cases in each group).Traditional laparotomy and laparoscopic ovarian cystectomy were performed respectively.The postoperative complications and the levels of follicle stimulating hormone(FSH)and estradiol(E_(2))before and after surgery were observed between the two groups.Results The total incidence of postoperative complications in the experimental group was lower than that in the reference group(P<0.05).There were no significant differences in FSH and E_(2)levels between the two groups before surgery and 180 days after surgery(P>0.05).Conclusion Laparoscopic ovarian cystectomy as a surgical treatment for patients with ovarian cysts can reduce the incidence of postoperative complications,and will not affect level of FSH a nd E_(2)after surgery.
