手机应用程序式健康教育在儿童保健中的应用效果

Application effect of mobile app-based health education in children’s health care

目的探讨手机应用程序式健康教育在儿童保健中的应用效果。方法选取2020年6月至2021年6月济阳社区管理的300名0~6岁儿童作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为研究组和对照组,每组各150名。对照组给予传统健康教育,研究组在对照组基础上实施手机应用程序式健康教育。通过对儿童身高、体重各项发育指标的检查及微量元素缺乏情况的监测,比较两组儿童的生长发育情况、营养性疾病总发生率;同时比较两组儿童家长的护理满意度。结果研究组儿童的发育不良占2.00%(3名),高于对照组的16.67%(25名);研究组儿童的营养性疾病总发生率为8.00%,低于对照组儿童的30.00%;研究组儿童家长的护理满意度优于对照组。差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论手机应用程序式健康教育在儿童保健中应用可提高儿童生长发育质量、降低儿童营养性疾病发生率,提高家长对医护人员的满意度,从而达到预防疾病,促进儿童健康成长的目的。

Objective To explore the application effect of mobile app-based health education in children’s health care.Methods A total of 300 children aged 0-6 years managed by Jiyang community from June 2020 to June 2021 were selected as the research objects and divided into the research group and the control group according to the random number table method,with 150 children in each group.The control group was given traditional health education,and the research group was given mobile app-based health education on the basis of the the control group.The growth and development of children and the total incidence of nutritional diseases were compared between the two groups by inspection of the developmental indicators of children’s height and weight and monitoring the deficiency of trace elements.At the same time,the nursing satisfaction of parents of the two groups was compared.Results There were 3 children(2.00%)with stunting in the research group,which was higher than 25 children(16.67%)in the control group.The total incidence of nutritional diseases in the research group was 8.00%,which was lower than 30.00%in the control group.The nursing satisfaction of parents in the research group was better than that in the control group.The differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of mobile app-based health education in children’s health care can improve the quality of children’s growth and development,reduce the incidence of children’s nutritional diseases,and improve parents’satisfaction with medical staff,so as to achieve the purpose of preventing diseases and promoting children’s healthy growth.
