雌二醇地屈孕酮片加氯米芬康复治疗排卵障碍性不孕症患者的效果

Effect of Estradiol Didrogesterone Tablets plus Clomifene rehabilitation treatment on patients with ovulation disorder infertility

目的探讨雌二醇地屈孕酮片加氯米芬康复治疗排卵障碍性不孕症患者的效果。方法选取2019年1月至2021年1月菏泽市牡丹区妇幼保健计划生育服务中心收治的60例排卵障碍性不孕症患者作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法将其分为观察组(30例)与对照组(30例)。观察组采用雌二醇地屈孕酮片加氯米芬治疗,对照组采用氯米芬治疗。比较两组的激素水平变化、妊娠结局。结果经治疗,观察组睾酮、黄体生成素水平低于对照组,观察组雌二醇、卵泡刺激素水平高于对照组,观察组的排卵率、妊娠率高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论雌二醇地屈孕酮片加氯米芬康复治疗排卵障碍性不孕症效果显著,可推荐使用。

Objective To investigate the effect of Estradiol Didrogesterone Tablets plus Clomifene rehabilitation treatment on patients with ovulation disorder infertility.Methods A total of 60 patients with ovulation disorder infertility admitted to Heze Mudan District Maternal and Child Health Care and Family Planning Service Center from January 2019 to January 2021 were selected as the study subjects.According to the random number table method,they were divided into the observation group(30 cases)and the control group(30 cases).The observation group was treated with Estradiol Didrogesterone Tablets plus Clomifene,and the control group was treated with Clomiphene.The changes of hormone levels and pregnancy outcomes were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the levels of testosterone and luteinizing hormone in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,the levels of estradiol and follicle stimulating hormone in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,the ovulation rate and pregnancy rate of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Estradiol Didrogesterone Tablets plus Clomifene are effective in the treatment of ovulation disorder infertilit y and can be recommended.
