氨溴索联合特布他林、布地奈德治疗小儿支气管肺炎的临床效果

Clinical effect of Ambroxol Hydrochloride combined with Terbutaline and Budesonide in the treatment of children bronchial pneumonia

目的探析氨溴索(AH)联合特布他林(TB)、布地奈德(BUD)治疗小儿支气管肺炎(CBP)的临床效果。方法选择2021年9月至2022年6月平邑县人民医院收治的91例CBP患儿为研究对象,依据入院先后顺序将其分为研究组(46例)和对照组(45例)。对照组运用AH治疗,研究组在此基础上增加TB与BUD治疗。比较两组患儿炎症因子水平、症状改善用时、治疗有效率及毒副作用发生率。结果研究组治疗总有效率高于对照组,炎症因子水平与毒副作用发生率低于对照组,症状改善用时短于对照组(P<0.05)。结论AH联合TB与BUD治疗能明显降低CBP患儿炎症因子水平及毒副作用发生率,并提升治疗有效率,缩短临床康复用时。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Ambroxol Hydrochloride(AH)combined with Terbutaline(TB)and Budesonide(BUD)in the treatment of children bronchial pneumonia(CBP).Methods A total of 91 children with CBP admitted to People’s Hospital of Pingyi County from September 2021 to June 2022 were selected as the research objects.they were divided into study group(46 cases)and control group(45 cases)according to the order of admission.The control group was treated with AH,and the study group was treated with TB and BUD on this basis.The levels of inflammatory factors,the time of symptom improvement,the effective rate of treatment and the incidence of toxic side effects were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the study group was higher than that of the control group,the level of inflammatory factors and the incidence of toxic side effects were lower than those of the control group,and the time of symptom improvement was shorter than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion AH combined with TB and BUD treatment can significantly reduce the level of inflammatory factors and the incidence of toxic side effects in children with CBP,and improve the treatment efficiency,so as to shorten the clinical rehabilitation time.
