认知行为疗法联合规范化护理对试管婴儿取卵术及胚胎移植术成功率的影响

Effect of cognitive behavioral therapy combined with standardized nursing on the success rate of in vitro fertilization oocyte retrieval and embryo transfer

目的探讨试管婴儿取卵术与胚胎移植术中应用认知行为疗法联合规范化护理对手术成功率的影响。方法选择2021年1月至2022年6月在齐齐哈尔市第一医院生殖医学中心行试管婴儿取卵术与胚胎移植术的患者82例,根据随机数字表法分为对照组与观察组,每组各41例。对照组实施常规护理,观察组实施认知行为疗法联合规范化护理,以手术成功率、心理状态、术后并发症为观察指标,比较两组的观察结果。结果观察组的手术成功率高于对照组,观察组干预后的焦虑、抑郁评分低于对照组,观察组的术后并发症总发生率低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在试管婴儿取卵术与胚胎移植术中应用认知行为疗法联合规范化护理,能显著提高手术成功率,调节患者心理状态,减少术后并发症发生,值得深入研究与借鉴。

Objective To explore the effect of cognitive behavioral therapy combined with standardized nursing on the success rate of in vitro fertilization(IVF)oocyte retrieval and embryo transfer.Methods A total of 82 patients who underwent IVF oocyte retrieval and embryo transfer in Reproductive Medicine Center,the First Hospital of Qiqihar from January 2021 to June 2022 were selected and divided into the control group and the observation group according to the random digital table method,41 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing,and the observation group was given cognitive behavioral therapy combined with standardized nursing.The observation results of the two groups were statistically compared with each other by taking the success rate of operation,psychological state and postoperative complications as observation indicators.Results The success rate of operation in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,the s cores of anxiety and depres sion after intervention in the obs ervation group were lower than those in the control group,and the total incidence of postoperative complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of cognitive behavioral therapy combined with standardized nursing in IVF oocyte retrieval and embryo transfer can significantly improve the success rate of the operation,regulate the psychological state of patients,and reduce the occurrence of postoperative complications.It is wor thy of further clinical research and reference.
