全面三孩背景下菏泽市高校女教师生育意愿调查及影响因素分析

Investigation and analysis of influencing factors on the childbearing willingness of female college teachers in Heze City under the policy of“comprehensive three-child”

目的调查菏泽市育龄期高校女教师生育意愿并探讨影响因素。方法采用问卷调查法,于2021年10月至12月,对驻菏三所高校493名育龄高校女教师发放调查问卷,了解个人及家庭情况、生育意愿,通过统计学分析了解影响因素。结果5.88%不愿生育,51.12%只愿生一孩,39.15%愿意生二孩,3.85%愿意生三孩。研究对象的生育意愿与年龄、受教育层次、家庭年收入、有无老人看顾孩子、工作压力等因素有关(P<0.05)。结论菏泽市育龄期高校女教师生育二孩及三孩意愿较低,该群体生育意愿受年龄、受教育层次、工作压力、家庭月收入、自有住房等因素影响。

Objective To investigate the childbearing willingness of college female teachers of childbearing age in Heze City and explore the influencing factors.Methods Based on questionnaire survey,from October to December 2021,493 college female teachers of childbearing age in three colleges and universities in Heze were investigated by questionnaire to understand their personal and family situation and childbearing willingness,and the influencing factors were statistically analyzed.Results 5.88%of respondents were unwilling to have children,51.12%were only willing to have one child,39.15%were willing to have two children,and 3.85%were willing to have three children.Childbearing willingness was associated with age,level of education,annual household income,presence of elderly caregivers,and work pressure(P<0.05).Conclusion The willingness of college teachers of childbearing age to have two or three children is low in Heze City.The childbearing willingness of this group is affected by age,educational level,work pressure,monthly family income,self owned housing and other f actors.
