新生儿重症监护病房护士对新生儿疼痛管理的认知现状调查分析

Investigation and analysis of the cognition of nurses in neonatal intensive care unit on neonatal pain management

目的了解新生儿重症监护病房(NICU)护士对新生儿疼痛管理的认知现状。方法2022年1月采用重点抽样方法,选取大连地区NICU的101名护士进行新生儿疼痛知识与评估的问卷调查。结果NICU护士对新生儿疼痛认知总平均分为(68.22±11.76)分。不同学历护士新生儿疼痛基础知识的分值、不同工作年限护士新生儿疼痛评估的分值存在差异(P<0.05)。结论NICU护士对新生儿疼痛管理认知不足,需开展相关培训。建议制定新生儿疼痛临床实践指南及审查指标,将对提高NICU护士疼痛管理能力有重要意义。

Objective To understand the cognition level of nurses in neonatal intensive care unit(NICU)on neonatal pain management.Methods A total of 101 nurses of NICU in Dalian were selected by sampling method in January 2022.Questionnaire was used to collect their knowledge and evaluation on neonatal pain management.Results The average score of nurses on knowledge of neonatal pain was(68.22±11.76)points.There were differences on the scores of basic knowledge of neonatal pain among nurses with different education levels and the scores of pain evaluation among nurses with different working years(P<0.05).Conclusion Nurses in NICU have insufficient knowledge of neonatal pain management.Relevant training is needed.It is suggested to publish clinical practice guidelines and review indicators for neonatal pain,which is of great significance to improve the pain management capacity of nurses in NICU.
